Outriders Outskirts is the first area you’ll explore on your way to the First City, and it includes two Loot Chests that provide Gear, Scraps, and Crafting Materials in the video game developed by People Can Fly.
The Outriders First City Outskirts is reached when you start the Dedication main quest, and you are asked to find Zahedi.
To begin this quest, you’ll have to leave your First City camp and head northeast.

Once you do that, you’ll enter the Outskirts, and obviously, you’ll encounter heavy resistance.
Without going into details on how to defeat the enemies, let’s focus on finding the Loot Chests.
Loot Chest #1 – Hidden In A Dead End
The first Outriders Outskirts Loot Chest is quite easy to miss.
The moment you reach the Outskirts, you’ll notice that you are in some sort of courtyard with a lot of demolished buildings.
Clear the first wave of enemies, then slowly advance until you reach the second row of houses.
On the left side, as you face the waypoint up the hill, there is a house you can enter.
Simply cross it, then you’ll see a path that takes you down the hill.
Follow the said path to reach a dead end. You can see the chest in the screenshot below.
Loot Chest #2 – In A Demolished House On Top Of The Hill
For the second Outriders Loot Chest in the Outskirts region, first, you’ll have to deal with Ironclad.
Once you defeat the mini-boss, head towards the top of the hill, but before entering the next area (notice the blue anomaly), head left.
Look for the chest on the second floor of the building that is partially burned. It is quite easy to spot since it’s glowing.
