Long Coast Vista Point is a Horizon Forbidden West Activity you can complete in Demeter’s area and one of the 9 Vista Points in the game developed by Guerrilla Games. The Long Coast Vista Point is a bit trickier than the previous one we covered (Plainsong Vista Point) because to find where the image was taken, you have to do a bit of climbing and some swimming.

That’s because the Horizon 2 Forbidden West Long Coast Vista Point follows the same logic as all puzzles we’ve solved so far, but the image you have to synchronize is further from the pillar that starts the activity.

Don’t worry, though, because we’ll go over this riddle throughout the following guide, and I’ll tell you where to find the Horizon Forbidden West The Long Coast Vista Point Image and how to complete the activity.

Where To Find The Long Coast Vista Point

Long Coast Vista Point puzzle is northwest of The Stand of the Sentinels Tallneck (explained in-depth here) and Rebel Outpost, as you can notice on my map below.

The pillar you have to scan to trigger the associated puzzle is on the beach, again in the area where Aloy has to find Demeter. Following the same logic as all other Vista Points, first, you have to find the pillar and scan the plaque that’s attached to its base. Make sure you’re in front of it, and Aloy faces the water.

The actual Horizon Forbidden West The Long Coast Vista Point puzzle starts upon scanning the pillar. Here is what you have to do next.

How To Find Where The Long Coast Vista Point Image Was Taken

From your current location, near the pillar, you have to travel west. Specifically, you have to reach the small island marked on my map.

The Long Coast Vista Point Image was taken from the top of the western island. Getting there is relatively easy because once you reach the island’s base, you can climb the mountain wall using the grappling point.

Now, when you get to the top, make sure you head northeast and face the large complex on the other side of the water. There is a log by the cliffs that indicates the correct spot.

Finally, press the right thumbstick to scan the large building (pictured above), then move the hologram around until it matches the complex across the water. Once you do this, the Horizon Forbidden West The Long Coast Vista Point Puzzle is solved, so now you may want to check the Memorial Grove Vista Point.
