Palworld‘s vast and engaging landscape offers an abundance of resources and collectibles that you can discover, and among these treasures are the Lifmunk Effigies. These unique items, shaped like the adorable green Lifmunk Pal, are the main resource in upgrading your character’s Catch Power, thus significantly improving your chances of capturing higher-level Pals.

How To Get Lifmunk Effigies in Palworld

Lifmunk Effigies, with their distinctive green glow, are miniature jade statues scattered throughout the world of Palworld. The amount of effigies is finite, meaning they won’t respawn once collected. Also, they are often tucked away in hard-to-find locations, but it’s worth the effort to look for them.

Despite their elusive nature, their luminous green glow makes them slightly easier to spot, especially at night. You can often find them perched on cliffs, nestled between buildings, or hidden under the shade of trees.

What To Do With a Lifmunk Effigy

Lifmunk Effigies are key to boosting your character’s Catch Power. As your Catch Power grows, you’ll have a better chance of capturing higher-level and stronger Pals. To use these effigies, simply offer them to the Statue of Power.

Once you hit Technology Level 6, you’ll be able to access the blueprint for the Statue of Power in exchange for 2 Technology Points. To build it, you’ll need 20 Stones and 10 Paldium Fragments.

After you’ve built it, just put it in your base and interact with it to invest your Lifmunk Effigies into the Catch Power upgrade. The first upgrade only needs one Effigy, but the ones after that will require more.

Another important point to note is the existence of an already-built Statue of Power in the Desolate Church. It’s a great way to start enhancing your character’s Capture Power before you unlock the blueprint for the statue. You’ll find the Desolate Church not too far northwest of the Tower of the Rayne Syndicate.

Lifmunk Effigies are crucial key items in Palworld. They can be a bit tricky to find, but they are worth the effort to locate and collect them. So, as you explore the huge landscapes of the game, keep your eyes peeled for the distinct green glow of the Lifmunk Effigies.
