If your Palworld inventory and Palbox start to fill and you have many duplicate Items or just a bunch of Pals you don’t need; then you can sell them at traders usually found in settlements. The Palworld Merchants also provide valuable items you should consider buying, including new Pals that you won’t find early in the game.
The trading system in Palworld revolves around Gold, so if you want to get rich, you’ll want to find these Merchants and sell the items or the Pals you don’t need. Here is where to find two of these merchants early in the game.
Where To Sell Pals in Palworld
One of the first Settlements you can visit early in Palworld is found west of Grassy Behemoth Hills fast-travel point and northwest of your starting location.
At the location marked in the first screenshot above, you’ll find a Small settlement. It features only several NPCs, but there are two traders you’ll want to find when you reach the village. As you can see below, the Pal Merchant is located in a house on top of a small hill. He wears a blue coat.
How To Buy Pals
When you approach this Merchant, you’ll be able to access his inventory. The Pals he was willing to sell me are listed below:
Pal Name: | Price: |
Chikipi | 2700 Gold |
Eikthyrdeer | 5895 Gold |
Jolthog | 2862 Gold |
Mozzarina | 6288 Gold |
Pengullet | 3240 Gold |
How To Sell Your Pals
As you can see, the prices for the Pals sold by this Trader are pretty steep, but if you focus on constantly catching Pals, the same Trader is willing to buy those you don’t need. All you need to do is check his stock by navigating to the Sell tab.
To sell your Palworld Pals, check the left side of the screen, where you can see all Pals in your Palbox. Select the Pals you want to sell from the list and press Y to add them to the Sale List. Finally, hit the Menu button (on Xbox) to complete the trade.
Where To Sell Items in Palworld
To sell the items you don’t need, you must find Wondering Merchants. As the name implies, these Palworld Merchants are mobile; however, in the same settlement where you find the Pal Merchant, you’ll find another one willing to buy your items. As you can notice, this one is wearing a red coat and is also inside a hut.
How To Buy Items
To access the Merchant’s inventory (listed below), approach the NPC and press X (on Xbox) to talk to him. As you can see, the most important items he sells are Schamtics, which are also pretty expensive, but they unlock new items for you to craft.
Most of the items are great for customizing your character, but crafting materials are also available in this Trader’s inventory. To buy them, press A twice on your Xbox controller.
