If you wish to finish the Palworld tutorial, the most important objective is to find Rayne Syndicate’s Tower and defeat the Boss inside it. As you can guess, the Boss at Rayne’s Tower is not very accessible, but dealing with him is mandatory for several reasons:
- It allows you to complete the tutorial and unlock the corresponding achievement on Xbox.
- It rewards you with Ancient Technology Points.
- Using the purple Technology Points, you can build more advanced structures and items, such as the Egg Incubator.
These are just a few reasons to prioritize the Boss at Rayne’s Tower in Palworld. Let’s see where to find him.
Where To Find Rayne’s Tower in Palworld
In Palworld, the location of Rayne Syndicate’s Tower depends on your starting location. Luckily, the Tower is easy to spot, and you should be able to see it the moment you start the game. That’s because it is one of the tallest buildings, and you can identify it from afar. As you can see, Rayne’s Tower has a rune on it that is glowing.

During the night, the blue rune turns yellow. If, by any chance, your starting location is Palteau of the Beginnings, Rayne’s Tower is found northwest, past the Grassy Behemoth Hills. As you can guess, to find the Boss, you’ll need to enter the Tower; however, be advised that you’ll be facing a powerful and quite large Pal named Zoe & Grizzbolt.
How To Enter Rayne Syndicate’s Tower
The entrance to the Tower is found at the base of the building. Simply go around the Tower to spot it.

Approach the door and press X to Join Boss Battle, then press and hold X to start the battle against the Rayne Syndicate Officer or Zoe & Grizzbolt. When you get close to the door, you’ll notice that you have 10 minutes to deal with the angry Boss.

If you don’t defeat the large Pal within the allotted time, or if you die, the challenge resets. Since this Boss is quite challenging, it goes without saying that you should be properly equipped and accompanied by your most powerful Pals.
You should also know that you can’t capture the Boss, so don’t waste your Pal Spheres on him. Furthermore, remember that you can have only one active Pal while fighting him. A great Pal you should consider taking with you inside the Tower is Nitewing.
The flying Pal is quite fast and capable of avoiding most attacks. Last but not least, if you approach the Boss too early, you’ll notice that you’ll barely inflict any damage. Don’t worry because your Pal will handle Zoe & Grizzbolt. Just make sure you stay mobile and avoid all attacks targeting your character.
