Palworld Straw Pal Bed Sleeping Guide

Palworld is all about finding and catching Pals who can help keep your Base up and running. However, even Pals need some rest occasionally, so they need Beds – specifically Straw Pal Beds. This type of Bed is the first to be unlocked and the cheapest to build in the video game. All you need is some Wood and Fiber. Note that you’ll need a Straw Pal Bed for each Pal working at your Base. Since these structures are essential, let’s see how to craft them.

How to Craft Straw Pal Beds in Palworld

First, you need to unlock the structure from the Technology tab. Thus, as soon as you reach level 3, press the Menu button on your Xbox controller, select the Straw Pal Bed, press A, select Yes, and press A again.

Now, you need to obtain the materials required to build the Pal resting structure:

• 10 Wood
• 5 Fiber

You can quickly get these resources by cutting down several trees with a Stone Axe. It will take longer if you use another tool. Once you are done with all of the above, follow these instructions to craft a bed for your pals:

• Press up on the Dpad.
• Go to the Infrastructure tab.
• Select the Straw Pal Bed.
• Press A.
• Find a spot for the Bed. Note that, unlike the Shoddy Bed, the Straw Pal Bed can be placed outside.
• After placing the structure, hold X while next to it to finish building it.

It’s also worth knowing that you can’t move buildings or objects in Palworld, so plan ahead before placing these beds.

Now, you’re all set because when the night comes, your worker Pals will go to a Bed and sleep. Remember that the Palworld Straw Pal Beds are mandatory if you want to grow your Base; otherwise, your Pals will lose efficiency.

Last but not least, Pals use the beds automatically when tired. As your Base grows, remember to have a bed for each Pal you recruit and to automate the Pals’ feeding process.
