Once you reach level 10 in Palworld, you will discover that Nails are essential. You need them for various structures and items, such as the High-Quality Workbench, Medieval Medicine Workbench, Crossbow, and more. To obtain Nails, you must craft them on a Workbench using Ingots.

How To Craft Nails in Palwold

Step 1: Unlock Nails

First, you need to unlock the Nails blueprint, which can be done upon reaching level 10. You’ll also need a Technology Point for the blueprint. Once you meet the requirements, open your Menu and go to the Technology tab to unlock the Nails.

Step 2: Gather Ingots

Because you need Ingots to craft Nails, let’s see how you can get some. Ingots can be crafted from Palworld Ore at a Primitive Furnace. For more details, refer to our Primitive Furnace smelting guide. Note that one Ingot will get you two Nails.

Step 3: Craft Nails

After you gather enough Ingots for the number of Nails you want to craft, go to a Workbench and interact with it. Then, select Nail, press A on your Xbox controller, and start production.

Finally, hold X to finish crafting the Nails. It’s good to know that if you want to craft a large number of Nails, you should have a Pal with the Handiwork trait working at your base. Cattiva is a good example, so go ahead and catch one or two. If you need help, head over to our Palworld Pals capturing guide.
