Dying Light 2 Downtown Thugs Bandit Camp Safe Code is required to open the Safe Box found inside an office within the Downtown Bandit Camp featured in the video game released by Techland. The Downtown Thugs Bandit Camp Safe is essential because it contains an Inhibitor.
Alongside the Inhibitor on the Office Plaza exterior panels, the one in the Safe can help you boost Aiden’s Stamina or Health. However, before doing this, you’ll need to unlock the DL2 Downtown Thugs Bandit Camp Safe, and through the guide below, I’ll tell you how to do it.
Where To Find Downtown Thugs Bandit Camp Safe
The Safe in the Downtown Thugs Bandit Camp is inside the southern building or where Aiden’s stash and the bed are found. Therefore, the first step in finding the Safebox is to clear the camp and conquer it. Once you do that, there are three essential objects you have to find.
- The first one is the Military Airdrop THB-1L0
- The second one is the Safe Box covered below, which includes an Inhibitor
- Finally, there is another Inhibitor found on the exterior pink panels of the Office Plaza building
If you wish to hit two rabbits with one stone, you’ll want to combine the first two objectives. Or, simply put, you’ll want to open the Bandit Camp Safe while climbing the building towards the Military Airdrop THB-1L0.
Assuming you’re looking only for the Downtown Thugs Camp Safe, then after you clear the said camp, you’ll want to head to the north side. Your starting location can be observed on the map below.
Upon reaching the location on my map, to the north, you’ll see the Office Plaza building. On the right side, as you can see below, there is a crane that will help you start ascending.
Now, using the picture above to guide you, climb on the crane, then jump on the red panels on the other side. Climb to the top, and then you’ll see a yellow wooden plank above your head. Grab it, pull yourself up, then turn left to see more panels you can climb on.
When you reach the top, turn around to spot a metal beam and walk on it. On the right side, you’ll see the building where the Safe is located (pictured below).
As you walk on the metal beam, head to the other side, then jump on the pink panel on the other building. Now, use the swinging pole to reach the concrete wall with metal ledges on it, then pull yourself up. On the left side are a lower roof and a window that leads to an office (pictured).
Once inside the office, keep moving forward, then when you reach the other side, turn right to see a room on the lower level. From your current position, you should be able to spot the Safe you’re looking for (also pictured).
How To Unlock the Downtown Thugs Bandit Camp Safe
If you want to know the Dying Light 2 Downtown Thugs Camp Safe Code without finding it, then the answer is 3-1-3; however, as with all Safeboxes we have covered so far, if you don’t find the Code, you’ll miss a collectible.
Therefore, it is better to find it, especially since it’s behind you. Specifically, the Downtown Thugs Bandit Camp Safe Code is in the previous room waiting for you on the table in my image below.
Just scan the area and pick up the envelope on the table. Now, open your inventory, go to Collectables, then Mementos, and scroll over the Safe Code envelope to see the following description – “A note containing a safe code: 313”.
As you can guess, now you’ll want to head back to the Safe and open it using Code 3-1-3. Remember to use the left thumbstick to turn the wheel until you see the correct digit in the field at the bottom. After each digit, press Enter Code to move to the next field.
