Dying Light 2 Military Airdrop THB-R31 Location Guide

Dying Light 2 Military Airdrop THB-R31 is one of the three Military Airddrops available in the Downtown District, or the first district you’ll reach in Central Loop, the southern region in Techland’s video game. Military Airdrop THB-R31 is also one of the 26 Airdrops available in the game and the first one that will put Aiden’s paragliding skills to the test.

Although not as complicated as other Military Airdrops, the DL2 Military Airdrop THB-R31 can become problematic if you don’t know how to get on top of the building where the military crate awaits. Therefore, throughout the guide below, I’ll tell you how to get the Dying Light 2 THB-R31 Military Airdrop and secure the following rewards:

• 900 Parkour Points
• 1 Military Tech
• Various random loot and gear

Where To Find the DL2 Military Airdrop THB-R31

Military Airdrop THB-R31 is on the western side of the Downtown District, just west of Downtown Court Metro station. As you can see on the following map, the THB-R31 crate is on top of a large building.

On the same map, you can also notice the location you’ll have to reach to get to the top of the building. Or the starting location if you wish. It is essential to know, though, that to get to this Airdrop, you’ll need a paraglider that’s at least level 2.

That’s because you’ll want to launch yourself from the southern building and glide to the roof where the crate is found. So, first, follow the main quests to unlock the paraglider, then use the Military Tech you already found to upgrade it at the merchant in Fish Eye Canteen.

How To Get the THB-R31 Military Airdrop

When you are ready, head to the location I have marked on my map above, then while on the ground, look around to spot a ventilation system like the one in the following screenshot.

Hop on the truck nearby, jump on the ventilation system, and then jump on the metal ledges in the cracked wall (also pictured above). Head left around the corner on the next roof to spot a lift.

Use the lift to get on the roof of the southern building. Next, head left and cross the roof. When you reach the edge, you’ll see the roof where the Military THB-R31 Airdrop is waiting.

What you want to do next is to get on the next roof. So, start sprinting, then when you reach the edge, jump and deploy your paraglider by pressing square on PlayStation. While in the air, pull the left thumbstick towards you, and you’ll get to the roof of the next building. Now, all that’s left to do is go around the solar panels, and you’ll see the Military THB-R31 Airdrop crate waiting for you.

Once you complete the Dying Light 2 Military Airdrop THB-R31 Activity, consider using the Military Tech to upgrade your paraglider even more because the next Airdrop is not as easy as this one.
