Dying Light 2 Military Airdrop THB-22B is one of the 26 Airdrops you have to secure in the video game published by Techland and one of the two Military Airdrops in Horseshoe District. The second one is Military Airdrop THB-17U.

Military Airdrop THB-22B requires a bit of climbing and can prove difficult to acquire unless you follow a specific path, which I’ll obviously share with you below. The DL2 Military Airdrop THB-22B is an activity that involves a crate you have to open. For finishing the Military Airdrop THB-22B Activity, you’ll receive the following rewards:

  • 1000 Parkour Points
  • 1 Military Tech
  • 1 Inhibitor
  • Various loot and gear

To secure the rewards above, you first have to get to the crate. So, let’s see how you can get it.

Where To Find the DL2 Military Airdrop THB-22B

As you can see on the map below, the Dying Light 2 THB-22B Military Airdrop is found on the eastern side of the Horseshoe District, very close to Horseshoe Nightrunner Hideout we already unlocked here.

The crate you need to secure is on top of a small section of a broken highway. Your goal is to get to the crate and open it. Before starting with the path you have to follow, keep in mind that it is recommended to have at least 100 Stamina.

How To Get the THB-22B Military Airdrop

Upon reaching the location I have marked on the map above while staying on the ground, go around the area and look for the ladder in the following screenshot.

As you can see, it is under the section where the hideout is found. So use the ladder to reach the upper platform, then climb to the next one. Now, turn around to spot two ropes (also pictured below).

As you can guess, the next step here is to swing on the two ropes to get to the platform in the distance. Make sure you do this without wasting too much time because your stamina bar will drain. Just tilt the left thumbstick when on the first rope, press R1 (on PlayStation) to release it, and jump to the second rope.

From here, you’ll have to launch yourself to the platform I have marked. After getting to the platform, head right to see a yellow metal beam. Carefully jump on it, then walk towards the other end (left side), and turn left to see a concrete wall with small holes (pictured).

Now, climb the wall as fast as you can, then cross the hideout (activate the generator if needed), and you’ll see a yellow crane with a hanging rope. In the distance, you can also see the DL2 THB-22B Military Airdrop crate.

To get to the crate, sprint and jump towards the rope, then when it reaches the apex, release it (press R1) to get close to the chest. Now, all that’s left to do is open the military crate.

If you wonder how to get down after you finish the Dying Light 2 Stay Human Military Airdrop THB-22B Activity, then look on the ground to spot some garbage bags you can drop on.
