The Perfume Side Story featured in the video game Dying Light 2 Stay Human, released by Techland, is required to level up Aiden’s attributes because you’ll receive the following rewards:

  • 750 Combat XP Points
  • 750 Parkour XP points
  • 500 Old-World Money

DL2 Stay Human Perfume Side Story is not one of the most accessible side stories because it will take place at night, and as you may know, the streets are full of howlers, and if they see you, they will alert the volatiles. To complete the Side Story, you must be fast and have some parkour experience.

This Side Story in Dying Light 2 is located in the southern area of the Trinity District. To access it, you must turn the Larch Windmill to the Survivors and complete the Water Tower Story Quest.

When you reach the location, find Horace, the quest giver, near your sleeping bed and stash. Accepting this quest will fast-forward the time to the night.

Where To Find the Dress

The first thing you’ll have to do is to find the dress in an old clothes shop in the southern area of Quarry End District, as you can see in the picture below. Remember to avoid the howlers.

Once you are in front of the store, you’ll have to crouch to enter through a yellow door (pictured below).

Inside, eliminate all enemies. Once the area is clear, go to the left side of the cashier, and you will notice a hole in the wall to your right.

Enter and turn right; move forward, and the changing booths are on your left. You will see the red dress on a chair in the first booth on your left. After you grab it, you will receive a message from Horace, who will send you to look for a bottle of perfume.

Where To Find the Perfume

From the previous location, you’ll have to go to an old pharmacy on Market Street to get the perfume. As a quick reminder, keep your eyes on your immunity indicator.

To enter the pharmacy, you’ll have to crouch again. Inside, go straight, and the perfume is on a wall shelf on your left side. See the picture below. Be quick to grab it because the alerted volatiles will find an accessible way to get inside the pharmacy, and they’ll attack you.

Initially, the dress and the perfume you collected are for Horace’s girlfriend, Madlen. When you return to him to collect your rewards, you will see him talking to a woman called Ada. You will have to choose whom he will offer the dress and the perfume. We chose Madlen because we like to leave things as they were before the plague.
