Dying Light 2 Stay Human Newfound Lost Lands Safe Box is the only one found in the northern area of the game released by Techland. To open the Newfound Lost Lands Safe Box, you’ll have to solve a puzzle to collect the treasures inside. This guide will show you how to find the Safe Box and solve the puzzle to open it.

Where To Find the Newfound Lost Lands Safe

The Newfound Lost Lands Safe Box is located inside a restaurant, marked by the arrow in the picture below.

At this location, you’ll be able to see the restaurant located in an abandoned bus station (pictured below).

Inside the restaurant, there are no lights, so you must turn on your flashlight. On your left, you’ll find three cash registers. The Safe Box is placed in the kitchen, behind the counter (marked by the arrow).

Next, you will discover the envelope containing the clue to solving the puzzle placed behind the counter under the middle cash register, as shown in the screenshot below.

Now, turn around and enter the kitchen. The Safe Box can be found on the right side between the kitchen sink and the coffee machine (also pictured).

How To Unlock the Newfound Lost Lands Safe Box

Take the note inside the envelope, and you’ll find the clue to the puzzle:

• Absolute Zero (F)

Absolute zero is the lowest limit of the thermodynamic temperature scale. The value of the absolute zero is −459 °F, so the code to open the Safe Box is 4-5-9. Inside it, you’ll find a new red rubber duck and three DIY Grenades.
