Roads to Redemption is one of the Gigs available in Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty DLC that you can undertake once you have completed the Firestarter main job. To successfully complete the Roads to Redemption Gig, you must infiltrate one of Hansen’s weapon facilities, upload some software to disable the Net-nuke, and make an important decision that will ultimately determine the Nele Springer’s fate.
Should You Side With Nele or the Biotechnica Agents
To start the Roads to Redemption gig, you must first talk to Nele Springer. She can be found sitting at a table in the Dogtown stadium.

The conversation with her provides additional context for the side job and a datashard. Once the conversation is over, follow the waypoint to the nearby factory. Find the Net-nuke and upload the malware. Once done, follow the mission waypoints to leave the factory and reach the meeting point.
After that, you must get into Nele’s car and prepare to make an important choice: hand over Nele to the Biotechnica Agents who claim she is responsible for the deaths of 32 civilians, or kill the agents to save her. It is important to note that you will be able to support Nele multiple times during the confrontation with Biotechnica Agents.

However, if you draw the weapon on the agents when you exit the vehicle, you will be locked on Nele’s side. It’s essential to consider this before choosing that option. Also, don’t worry too much about making this decision, as it’s only a chance to act out your character.
Regardless of which option you choose, you’ll still receive the same rewards. However, Mr. Hands will be quite upset if you decide to let the Biotechnica Agents arrest Nele, as it will lower his reputation in the Night City. In the end, feel free to make your decision based on whether or not you think Nele deserves a second chance.
