In Cyberpunk 2077, Taki Kenmochi is a targeted objective for a CP77 Gig you can complete in Watson, Kabuki area.
This gig is named Troublesome Neighbors, and your goal is to find and neutralize Taki Kenmochi.
Cyberpunk 2077 Troublesome Neighbors requires you to complete The Rescue story mission first.
Once you do that, if you travel to the location on my map below, Regina calls you regarding this particular target.
Troublesome Neighbors Cyberpunk 2077 Gig Location
Look for this Gig south of Kenedy North fast travel point and north of Sutter Street fast travel point, in the northern side of Watson, Kabuki.
You can also see it on my map below.
When you get close to this location, look around for a small door you can open to enter an alley.
Once inside, you should see the door to a motel named Hell Motel (also pictured).
Where To Find Taki Kenmochi
Now, enter the door above, then cross the lobby and go through the next door.
Here you will be in a back alley, so start by taking cover behind the crates on the right side.
From this spot, scan the two NPCs.
One is a guard named Kenji Sakura Ozaki, and the other one is your target or Taki Kenmochi.
Since there is only one guard here, Taki Kenmochi Tygress is a very accessible target.
Simply breach the radio in front of the guard to distract him, then sneak behind Taki and neutralize her.
Now deal with Kenji Sakura Ozaki without alerting anyone.
Obviously, you can also start shooting them, and a curious fact is that after you complete this mission, Regina tells you that she’s amazed you didn’t kill Taki.
So regardless of how you approach this target (silently or not), once you dispatch Taki Kenmochi, simply carry her body (after you loot everything) to the car on the street.
The path is marked on your minimap, and the car is only several steps away.
Dump her body into the trunk, and the mission is complete.
That’s everything you need to know about Taki Kenmochi and the Cyberpunk 2077 Troublesome Neighbors Gig, so good luck hunting her down.
