Baldur’s Gate 3 is a role-playing game known for its complexity and depth, providing a vast selection of alchemical ingredients and extracts. In this guide, we’ll explore two important items: the Planetar Feather and the Essence of Planetar Feather. These items are essential for crafting the highly sought-after Potion of Angelic Slumber, a consumable with a unique and beneficial effect.
How To Use Planetar Feather in BG3
The Planetar Feather is a common alchemical ingredient in Baldur’s Gate 3. By combining three of these feathers you can extract the Essence of Planetar Feather, which is widely used in alchemy. When mixed with any Suspension it creates the Potion of Angelic Slumber.
Baldur’s Gate 3 Potion of Angelic Slumber
The Potion of Angelic Slumber is a consumable item that provides a very useful effect. This potion is classified as very rare. It weighs the same as the Essence of Planetar Feather, 0.1 kg (or 0.2 lb), and carries a price tag of 200 gold.
Effect and Usage
Upon consumption, the Potion of Angelic Slumber induces a sleep lasting for two turns. When awakened from this slumber, the consumer experiences all the benefits associated with taking a Long Rest, including replenishing resources such as health and spell slots.
This can be extremely useful during battles, ensuring that your spellcasters remain powerful and effective. You have the option to consume the potion as a bonus action on your turn.
Where To Find Potions of Angelic Slumber
As mentioned previously you can create the Potion of Angelic Slumber through Alchemy by combining the Essence of Planetar Feather with any Suspension. Additionally, you may come across these potions in locations throughout the game, including in the possession of Ch’r’ai W’wargaz in Creche Y’llek and hidden within chests found around the House of Hope, Upper City, and The Waning Moon.
