Forza Horizon 5 New Heights Treasure Hunt is the first event introducing the FH5 Treasure Chests, which can be found weekly as part of the game’s seasons. The FH5 New Heights Treasure Hunt is worth 3 PTS that count towards the Summer Season progress and obviously leads to a Treasure Chest with 50.000 CR inside.
So, if you wonder how to complete the New Heights Treasure Hunt in Forza Horizon 5, below, I’ll tell you everything you need to know about it.
FH5 New Heights Treasure Hunt Summer Season Event Guide

- Go to the game’s menu
- Choose the Campaign Tab
- Select Festival Playlist
- Pick the Summer Tab
- On your Xbox controller, use the left thumbstick to scroll right and see the FH5 New Height Treasure Hunt in my image above
Treasure Hunt Requirements
As you can see, this Treasure Hunt has two essential requirements:
- First, you need a 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray
- Second, you need to get two stars on the Heights of Mulege Danger Sign
Let’s go over these two next.
How To Get a 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray
Getting a 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray is an easy task because you have various options. For example, if you have already advanced through the game and finished all Expeditions, you most likely have one because you can win this car at the wheelspin.
If not, you can buy it from the FH5 Auction House. It’s not an expensive car, so don’t worry about this. Regardless of how you choose to get one, this car (pictured above) is mandatory to complete the Treasure Hunt.
How To Get 2 Stars From the Heights of Mulege Danger Sign
Once you get the car, hop inside, open your map, and look for the FH5 Heights of Mulege Danger Sign. You should see it just north of Mulege Town, and I also marked it on the map above. Here, you’ll find a ramp, and you’ll need to hit it at about 110 MPH.
To do so, your starting point is the road north of the ramp (also marked by a yellow arrow in my image above). Start from that location and drive straight towards the top of the hill to jump on the ramp.
One important thing to remember here is that you don’t need three stars, so don’t waste your time trying to get them because the goal here is to get 2. Once you do that, you’ll receive a notification that the Forza Horizon 5 New Heights Treasure Hunt Chest is now available.
Where To Find The Treasure Chest
To claim the Forza Horizon 5 New Heights Treasure Chest, open your map again and notice the purple icon that appeared northwest of Mulege Town or west of the Danger Sign you just completed. Again, you can see it above. Drive to the location on the map, and you’ll find several white tents. Go around them, and in the field behind, you’ll find a chest that looks like this.
This is the Forza Horizon 5 New Heights Chest you’ll need to claim to finish the Treasure Hunt, so drive into it, and the rewards are yours.
