There is a total of 8 Far Cry 6 Auto-Pistols you can get in the latest video game developed by Ubisoft; however, just like the Bows we already covered here, some of them are Regular, some are Unique, while two of them are Exclusive Auto-Pistols.
So, if you wonder where to find all Auto-Pistols in Far Cry 6 or what is the best FC6 Auto-Pistol, throughout the guide below, we’ll cover all of them.
Regular Far Cry 6 Auto-Pistols
The first category includes the Far Cry 6 Regular Auto-Pistols.
These can be found in FND Caches scattered around Yara; however, if you don’t want to look for them, you can also simply buy them from Guerrilla Garrisons.
In this category, we have:
- Skorpion
- SMG-11
- 6P13 Auto
Since these can be bought, it means that you can get them relatively fast.
Exclusive Auto-Pistol
The next category includes one Regular Auto-Pistol that is Exclusive.
You can see it in the image above, and it is the Miami Strip Style.
To get this weapon, you have two options, as explained here:
- Buy the Far Cry 6 Vice Pack
- Buy the Far Cry 6 Ultimate Pack
Just so you know, this weapon is slightly better than the previous 3 and most Unique Auto-Pistols below, but not as good as the last one in this guide.
Unique Auto-Pistols
The third category includes the 3 Unique Auto-Pistols which can be found in the game.
They have specific locations, and you’ll get them by opening Yaran Contraband Chests or by completing specific tasks.
Here is how to get all of them.
El General
Hint: Search the FND Munitions Storage in Vencejo.
Where To Find: The Far Cry 6 El General Unique Auto-Pistol is found inside a bunker on the northwestern side of Isla Santuario.
As you can see on my map below, it’s found in a restricted area north of Tocoloro Ridge.
How To Get: To get this weapon, you need to clear the FND Munitions Storage, then use the key to open the armory under the bunker.

Rococo Loco
Hint: Complete Los Bandidos Operations.
Where To Find: The Far Cry 6 Rococo Loco Auto-Pistol is found at any of the three camps you get on Yara.
How To Get: When you reach your first camp (for example, Montero Farm in Madrugada), complete the first Los Bandidos Operation (Benito Bang Bang).
It takes around 3 minutes to obtain this unique weapon.
Snapshot
Hint: Search the Golfo Vasto Lighthouse in Cienaga Nublada National Park.
Where To Find: The Far Cry 6 Snapshot Auto-Pistol is found in Valle De Oro Region.
Specifically on top of Golfo Vasto Lighthouse, as you can see on my map below.
The lighthouse is at the westernmost point of Balaceras.
How To Get: To get this weapon, you’ll have to use the three Grappling Points and reach the top of the Lighthouse as explained in this guide.
Best Auto-Pistol
The last unique Auto-Pistol, and actually the best Far Cry 6 Unique Auto-Pistol, is the AJM9 which is part of the Far Cry 6 Ultimate Pack, as explained here.
If you don’t intend to buy the whole pack, you can also get this unique Far Cry Blood Dragon weapon as part of the Season Pass.
Due to its high fire rate, armor-piercing rounds, and suppressor, the AJM 9 Auto-Pistol is not only the best in its class, but it’s also more effective than most rifles in the game.
These are all the Far Cry 6 Auto-Pistols locations or all Auto-Pistols you can get your hands on at the time of writing, but more should become available in the future.
