In Ubisoft’s latest Far Cry video game, Gran Roca Telecom Station is in Sierra Perdida, on top of Mount Liani.

This base can be approached in various ways, but obviously, the best way is to remain hidden.

As you can see, it has a locked door, which requires the Medical Building Keycard.

Where To Find The Gran Roca Telecom Station Medical Building Keycard

To get the Gran Roca Telecom Station Medical Building Keycard in Far Cry 6, you can opt to:

• Rescue the hostage in this camp, then deal with the soldiers to get the key automatically
• Or find it by yourself

While the first option is straightforward, if you want to find the key by yourself, look for it inside the telecom tower.

As you enter the front door, head right, and after you follow the stairs, you’ll see a lot of monitors on the right side.

After you get the key, head outside and enter the Medical Building through the door in front of you.

The FND Chest is on the ground by a table. Get it, then focus on the one inside the Santo Gusto Coffee Factory Storage Building.
