Far Cry 6 Unique Light Machine Guns Locations Guide

Far Cry 6 Unique Light Machine Guns are far superior to the Standard LMGs Dani can use while fighting Castillo’s forces on Yara, but they are also trickier to get.

There is a total of seven Far Cry 6 Light Machine Guns you can unlock for Dani, but only three of them are Unique LMGs.

Like all Unique Weapons in Ubisoft’s latest Far Cry game (for example, the Rifles covered here), the Unique LMGs are found inside Yaran Contraband Chests.

Thoguhough the guide below, I’ll tell you where to find all of them.

Standard Far Cry 6 LMGs

Before going over the Unique Light Machine Guns, it is also worth knowing how to unlock the Standard Far Cry 6 LMGs.

As with other regular weapons, all except one can be purchased from the Guerrilla Garrison.

The only one that comes as a reward is the MG42 obtained after completing the Sweet Fifteen Treasure Hunt.

Unique Light Machine Guns

Good, so now that you know everything about the Standard LMGs, let’s move to the Unique Light Machine Guns because these are far more important.

Remember that you need to find all three Far Cry 6 Light Machine Guns listed below to unlock the Armed to the Teeth trophy/achievement on PlayStation/Xbox

Sink Or Swim

Hint: Search shipwrecks in the water near Barriga

Where To Find: Far Cry 6 Sink Or Swim Unique LMG is underwater. Look for it in the El Este Region just north of Barriga Town.

How To Get: To get this, you’ll need to dive to the bottom of Cauto De Paso Lagoon at the location on my map. 

The Yaran Contraband Chest is near a shipwreck.

Impact Driver

Hint: Search the Chancletas Resort in Muerte Point

Where To Find: Impact Driver Unique Light Machine Gun is in Valle De Oro. Look for it on the eastern side of the area known as Barrial (see the map below).

How To Get: To get to the Yaran Contraband Chest in Chancletas Resort, look for the fenced area near the chest.

Climb the transformer behind the fence and then jump over the green wall to get to the area where the stash sits on some shelves.

Crackle & Pop

Hint: Search the El Rayo Cinema in West Lado

Where To Find: Far Cry 6 Crackle & Pop Unique LMG is on the roof of El Rayo Cinema in Esperanza Region (at the location on the map below).

How To Get: Upon reaching the spot marked on the map, use the orange ladder on the side of the building to get to the roof.

Next, descend to the lower section of the roof to see the Yaran Contraband Chest.
