Resident Evil 8 Village Castle Dimitrescu Entrance Hall and Elevator Shaft sections include six items you’ll need to find in order to clear the sections or turn them blue (Search Completed) while playing the video game developed by Capcom.

The Resident Evil Village Castle Entrance Hall items are not mandatory for the story, but they will help you survive longer, and they can also bring you some money from Duke. On top of this, one of the hidden items here is a collectible you don’t want to miss.

So, if you need help clearing the Entrance Hall in the Resident Evil Village, the guide below shows all the items’ locations you have to find to complete your search. As said there, the Entrance Hall features a collectible, money, gunpowder, ammo, and a Crystal Fragment that is quite hard to spot.

Here is the chronological order to get all items in the Entrance Hall, the Elevator Shaft on the right side, and the corridor leading to the Main Hall and the Hall of the Four.

Handgun Ammo

As you enter the castle, head upstairs, then turn left to spot a vase right on top of the stairs. Inside you’ll find some Handgun Ammo, although the loot may be different.

Guest Book (Collectible)

The moment you enter the actual hall, grab the Guest Book collectible below. It is on the table on the left side of the painting, showing the three ladies. You may remember this from the full Castle Dimitrescu Collectibles Guide.

Gunpowder (Crafting Material)

Now, turn around and check the cabinet behind you (right side of the stairs). Inside, you’ll see a Gunpowder Box. Break the window with your knife to get it.

Money (Lei)

From your current location, head left (through the door), and as you descend the stairs towards the Merchant’s Room & Hall of the Four, on the right side of the door, you’ll see a vase. Break it with your knife to get some Lei (the old Romanian currency).

Crystal Fragment (Treasure)

The next item you’ll need to get to fully explore the Castle Hall is also the trickiest. This one is located in the Elevator Shaft that is accessed via the elevator on the Rooftop. So basically, you’ll have to advance through the story and use the said elevator to get back to this room. As you enter through the door, turn right to spot it on a wall. It glows, and you’ll have to shoot it down, as you can see in my image.

Money (Lei)

The last Entrance Hall item that will turn this section blue (Search Completed) is in the same room. From the previous item, turn left to spot a small pouch with money inside. As you can see, it sits by the lamp. Once you get this last item, the whole area turns blue, and it will be marked as completed.
