Elden Ring Altus Plateau Map Fragments are key items that will help uncover the fog on the map in the Altus Plateau region for a better open-world experience in the video game developed by FromSoftware. To access the Altus Plateau via the Grand Lift of Dectus, you will need an artifact known as the Dectus Medallion, which is made up of two halves:

• The Dectus Medallion (Left), which you can find in Mistwood, is inside a chest atop the tallest tower in Fort Haight to the east.

If you start from the Grand Lift of Dectus, follow the road northeast, take a right at the fork, and continue straight.

You will pass through many intimidating foes, including two Tree Sentinel at the end, evade their lance, enter through the doors, and rest at Outer Wall Phantom Tree Site of Grace. You will find Leyndell, Royal Capital Map Fragment, right next to the site of grace and the glowing sapling holding two Golden Seeds.

Where To Find the Mt. Gelmir Map Fragment

Reaching Mt. Gelmir and collecting the map fragment is not an easy task, but I’ll show you an easier way to do it. This way involves being teleported to Volcano Manor, which lies at the top of the mountain. You will need to complete the easy task of retrieving the necklace for Rya, a scout for the Volcano Manor.

Follow Rya’s Necklace quest guide to complete her task. Once you have finished the task, find Rya at the top of the Grand Lift of Dectus to be teleported to the Volcano Manor.

After teleporting, check the map, place a beacon on the map over the stone pillar, and make your way out of the Volcano Manor. Follow the road downhill until you reach the stone monument holding the Mt. Gelmir Map Fragment.
