Elden Ring Godskin Prayerbook is a key item that allows you to learn new incantations for your Tarnished. To gain access to these new incantations, you will have to deliver the Elden Ring Godskin Prayerbook to a specific NPC who knows the art of incantations.

Where To Find the Godskin Prayerbook

You can find Godskin Prayerbook in Castle Stormveil, near the Liftside Chamber Site of Grace, in an underground cellar.

Fast travel to the Liftside Chamber Site of Grace and head east through the door. You will enter the Castle Stormveil courtyard, and you can notice a small entrance into an underground cellar if you look far south.

As you follow the steps in front of you, you will encounter an Ogre and a Hound that you need to kill. You can also pick up the Prophecy Painting in the room to the right, next to the steps.

Make your way through the courtyard by hugging the right side wall until you reach the underground cellar. Go down the steps to find a pack of rats and a white fog wall. You will need a Stonesword Key to use on the Imp Statue Seal to pass through the fog wall.

Inside, you will find two chests. One contains the Godskin Prayerbook; the other contains the Godslayer’s Seal. Now, you may want to check the description of the book: “Prayerbook bound in supple skin. Incantations of the god-slaying black flame are written within. Can be given to a learned cleric to gain access to the following incantations: Black Flame, Black Flame Blade.”

How To Use the Godskin Prayer Book

You have two options for delivering the Godskin Prayerbook in Elden Ring. First is Brother Corhyn in the Roundtable Hold main room, who is willing to trade the book for the Incantations.

NOTE: Brother Corhyn will eventually leave Roundtable Hold later in the game. You’ll find him in the Altus Plateau region, just north of the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace, when this happens.

The other option is Miriel, Pastor of Vows, a massive creature with the aspect of a tortoise, who offers to teach you about Sorceries, Incantations, and Radagon. You can find Miriel at the Church of Vows on the East Isle of Liurna of The Lakes.

You can deliver both Sorcery Scrolls and Incantations Books to Miriel, making it easier to keep all the incantations and sorceries you discover in a single place. Once you deliver the Elden Ring Godskin Prayerbook to one of these NPCs, you will unlock Black Flame and Black Flame Blade incantations from their shop.
