Siofra River Map Fragment is an Elden Ring key item you’ll need to find to uncover the underground area between Limgrave and Caelid in the video game developed by FromSoftware. The Elden Ring Siofra River Map requires a single fragment; however, it is slightly different from the Caelid Map Fragments or the Liurnia Map Fragments.
That’s because a corpse carries the fragment in question, so you’ll be wandering in the dark without knowing where to look for it. Since uncovering the Siofra River Map is mandatory to explore the underground, the map fragment is the first item you should find when you get to this area.
As such, throughout the guide below, we’ll discuss the Elden Ring Siofra River Map location and where to find the fragment the moment you get to Siofra River Well Depths.
Where To Find Siofra River
As you can see on the map below, the Siofra River area can be accessed via the elevator southeast of Mistwood Outskirts and north of Fort Haight West.
It is worth outlining that while you can travel to Siofra River whenever you want, this location should be approached while playing Ranni’s quest because here, you’ll need to find Blaidd. Remember that you have to finish Blaidd’s quest before starting Ranni’s questline. When you get to the location on my map, look for a round building like the one pictured below.
Get inside, and you’ll find an elevator. Step on the plate in the middle, and it will take you to the Siofra River underground area. Here, first, you’ll want to activate the Siofra River Well Depths Site of Grace. Now, focus on finding the map fragment following the path outlined below.
Where To Find the Siofra River Map Fragment
From the Siofra River Well Depths Site of Grace, head towards the ruins ahead and summon Torrent the moment it becomes available. While ignoring all mobs, ride through the ruins pictured below.
While inside the ruins, you have to take several turns, but stay on track and don’t engage any enemies for now. Simply cross the ruins, and when you exit on the other side, you’ll notice a tower with an elevator inside. Here is the building in question.
Upon reaching the upper section of the Siofra River underground area, head east following the small river. The path you have to follow is shown in the following screenshot.
Keep heading east, and eventually, you’ll reach a large clearing where you’ll see a brazier. Now, turn southeast, and in the distance, you’ll spot a large temple. While facing it, on the right side of the stairs, is a corpse you can loot (pictured below).
This specific corpse carries the Elden Ring Siofra River Map Fragment you are looking for. Make sure you get it, and you’ll uncover the whole area. Remember, though, that to access the Elden Ring Siofra River upper level or the northwestern side, you’ll need to progress through Ranni’s quest and eventually clear Redmane Castle, then deal with Starscourge Radahn.
