Elden Ring Aeonia Ghost Footprints, or the Inner Aeonia Ghost, follows the same logic as the one found in Limgrave, except that the footprints are found in Caelid, and this time you’ll need to deal with an Invisible Teardrop Scarab.

By doing so, you’ll get the Poison Armament Incantation, which is quite helpful in inflicting poison damage; however, the Inner Aeonia Invisible Scarab you’ll have to kill is notably harder than the ghost found on the western Limgrave beach.

Nevertheless, there is a specific spot where you’ll want to wait for the Elden Ring Aeonia Invisible Teardrop Scarab, and throughout the guide below, we’ll share it with you.

Where To Find the Ghost Footprints

As you can see on the map below, the invisible Elden Ring Aeonia Teardrop Scarab is on the northeastern side of Aeonia Swamp, or northeast of the Inner Aeonia Site of Grace.

Before heading to its location, though, it’s worth mentioning that this is the second Elden Ring Ghost you have to find in Caelid, the other one being northeast of Fort Gael North Site of Grace. So, head to the location I have marked for you, and from the hill nearby, pay attention to the path followed by the Inner Aeonia Ghost Scarab.

How To Stop the Moving Invisible Aeonia Running Footprints

As said, the yellow glowing footprints belong to a scarab, which means that they are moving a lot faster than those in Limgrave. The first thing you should notice is the Invisible Scarab also moves through the swamp nearby, which you should avoid at all costs, especially if you’re attempting to catch the ghost while dismounted.

The best spot to wait for the running ghost is by the beach between the two small hills made of mushrooms. If you pay close attention to the yellow footprints, you can notice that they intersect close to the said hills, which means that by waiting for them at this spot, you’ll have three chances to strike the Invisible Scarab during a single lap.

Just wait for the yellow footprints to get close to you, and while wielding a melee weapon, strike the running Scarab. Last but not least, make sure you are mounted and do not run after the Inner Aeonia ghost because you won’t be able to catch it, and you’ll waste time.

Elden Ring Poison Armament Location

You’ll unlock the Poison Armament Incantation above by killing the running Elden Ring Aeonia Ghost Scarab. So, did you manage to catch it? Let us know in the comments section below.
