Elden Ring Prophecy Painting is a key item you can find in Castle Stormveil while exploring the imposing fortress in the game developed by FromSoftware. If you have already completed the Homing Instinct Painting puzzle, the Elden Ring Castle Stormveil Prophecy Painting is quite similar.
However, since there are no hints provided in the game, throughout the following guide, we’ll tell you how to use the Prophecy Painting and where to find the location depicted in the image.
Where To Find Prophecy Painting in Castle Stormveil
Prophecy Painting is located inside the Stormveil Castle, a Legacy Dungeon in Elden Ring that lies on the cliffs of Stormhill, a fortress for Godrick the Grafted.
Make your way through the Stormveil Castle until you reach the Liftside Chamber Site of Grace. From here, head outside into the courtyard, where you will encounter the Omen Ogre and a hound that you have to kill to enter the Prophecy Painting room. The room is located right in front of a fallen woman statue with a glow inside her chest.
The painting itself is the puzzle you have to figure out. The Prophecy Painting view shows you where to deliver the painting to receive the reward.
To add the painting to your inventory, approach it and interact with it. We have already figured it out for you, so we will show you the right spot where you have to go.
Where To Find the Location in the Prophecy Painting
You need to travel to the Church of Pilgrimage, located at the northernmost point in the Weeping Peninsula.
You can either fast-travel here if you have already discovered the Church of Pilgrimage Site of Grace or use your horse and follow the road after you pass the Bridge of Sacrifice. After you reach the Church of Pilgrimage, go behind the church, and at the tip of the cliff, you will notice a ghost sitting on a ghost wooden chair.
All you have to do is approach the ghost; it will slowly vanish, and it will leave a reward behind that you can collect. The item you will receive is Warhawk Ashes, a spirit Summon, and a Hawk similar to the ones in Stormveil Castle.
