Elden Ring Dragonbarrow Cave is one of the minor dungeons you can complete in the Caelid region of the video game developed by FromSoftware if you wish to get your hands on the Flamedrake Talisman +2 and the Bull-Goat’s Talisman.
The Dragonbarrow Cave dungeon is relatively small, but it features several hidden areas that can be hard to spot. Therefore, throughout the Dragonbarrow Cave guide below, we’ll tell you how to navigate it and reach the boss room while collecting the most important items inside the cave.
Where To Find Dragonbarrow Cave Location
The Dragonbarrow Cave is found under the northeastern Minor Erdtree in Caelid, as you can see on my map below.

To get to the cave’s entrance, start from the Lenne’s Rise Site of Grace, preferably after getting the Memory Stone inside. Once you activate the said Site of Grace, follow the path down the hill, avoiding the giant metal ball that spawns out of nowhere. Ride down the path, and eventually, you’ll see the Dragonbarrow Cave entrance on the left side of the mountain’s wall.

A bear usually guards the entrance. Head inside and activate the Elden Ring Dragonbarrow Cave Site of Grace.
Now that you are inside the dungeon, follow the tunnel ahead, and you’ll reach a larger cave with a Rune Bear. How you approach this first obstacle depends on your playstyle because you can sneak around him, or you can opt to defeat him.
If you go with the latter option, you should know that you can lure the bear toward the tunnel you used to get to the cave, and the giant creature will most likely get stuck because of its size.
So you can quickly dispatch the bear using almost any ranged weapon. You can also poison the bear if you want. After you deal with him, check the right side of the cave, and behind the bushes, you’ll find a Golden Rune [12] and a Warming Stone (pictured below).

Now enter the next cave, check the dead end on the right to find a Crystal Bud, and follow the southeastern tunnel, collecting all Crystal Cave Moss along the path. In the next cave, you’ll see a small river. First, loot the corpse on the other side (pictured) to get the Bull-Goat’s Talisman.

Next, you’ll want to retrace your steps to the cave where you fought the Rune Bear and follow the northern tunnel. It can be easy to miss, so check the screenshot below.

At the end of the tunnel, you’ll find a hole. Drop to the second ledge and follow the next passage dealing with the wolves and looting all crafting materials. Now, you should be inside a wolf’s den. Kill the white wolf, then loot the two corpses. From the one in the middle, you’ll get a Golden Rune [8], while the other one drops a Beast Blood.
Finally, you’ll want to head through the eastern tunnel, where you’ll find another hole. If you follow the ledges down, you’ll get to the Dragonbarrow Cave Boss area, and you’ll have to defeat two Beastman of Farum Azula.
One is wielding a Throwing Knife, and the other one a Greatsword. To make the fight easier, target the Beastman of Farum Azula that is patrolling around because it can inflict damage from a distance. Also, focus on one target at a time; don’t switch between them.

For defeating the two Elden Ring Dragonbarrow Cave bosses, you’ll receive the Flamedrake Talisman +2, and the dungeon is complete.
