Elden Ring Latenna Albinauric Quest Guide

Latenna Albinauric is one of many Elden Ring NPCs that has a side quest for you to complete. Latenna’s Quest depends on a separate NPC, Albus, who can be located in the Village of the Albinaurics. Where To Find Latenna Albinauric

Latenna can be found sitting in front of the Slumbering Wolf’s Shack in the southern part of the Liurnia of the Lakes region. This area is only accessible after completing the Lakeside Crystal Cave dungeon.

How To Complete Latenna Albinauric’s Quest

Before you start looking for her, you should first go to the Village of the Albinaurics and find an NPC named Albus. He will give you one-half of a secret medallion and tell you to give this to Latenna when you meet her.

However, before you can find her, you must first locate and pass through the Lakeside Crystal Cave, which is located southwest of Liurnia of the Lakes. Once you make your way through the Lakeside Crystal Cave and defeat the Bloodhound Knight, you will be able to proceed out the back of the cave and reach the Slumbering Wolf’s Shack.

You will meet her here, looking over the body of her fallen friend, a giant wolf named Lobo. Even though she is dismissive at first, show her the secret medallion you’ve received from Albus in the Village of the Albinaurics.

After you show her the medallion, she’ll change her attitude and ask if you might escort her to the Haligtree in exchange for information on the whereabouts of the second half of the medallion. Hear her request, and you’ll receive the clue and her participation as a Spirit Ash, Latenna the Albinauric, a useful summon that will aid you on your Quest.

This may appear to be the end of Latenna’s Quest, but there is one more step to complete, with a valuable reward at the end.

NOTE: If you don’t start Latenna’s Quest before getting the second half of the medallion, she will be dead by the time you meet her. You’ll still get her Spirit Ash, but you’ll miss on finishing her Quest and receiving the valuable reward at the end.

Latenna Albinauric’s Second Location (Mountaintops of the Giants)

Once you’ve discovered both halves of the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Village of the Albinaurics and Castle Sol), you’ll be able to reach the Consecrated Snowfield by raising this medallion at the Grand Lift of Rold. From here, proceed to the far northwest corner of the region to find the remains of a church known as Apostate Derelict.

You will immediately spot the giant corpse of the Latenna Albinauric lying against the wall. Approach her, and you’ll be offered the choice to summon Latenna.

She will thank you for keeping your word, and she will give you a Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone before returning to your side as a Spirit Ash.
