Elden Ring Nepheli Loux Quest Guide

Elden Ring Nepheli Loux is a tarnished warrior assigned by her father to murder and dethrone Godrick, the Lord of Grafting. Nepheli Loux’s questline isn’t the most difficult in the game, but it has a few steps that might create confusion.

However, you should complete this quest since it awards you an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone, allowing you to level up regular weapons to +25 in the video game from FromSoftware. In this guide, we’ve got all the information you will need to complete the Nepheli Loux Quest.

Where To Find Nepheli Loux in Castle Stormveil

Nepheli Loux may be found inside a chamber at Stormveil Castle before heading to the Secluded Cell Site of Grace.

Start in the Liftside Chamber Site of Grace and make your way east, up the steps past the grafted birds, and into a small room on the right. It is beyond the big wooden barriers. Speak with Nepheli and exhaust her dialogue.

Where To Find Nepheli Loux in Roundtable Hold

After defeating Godrick the Grafted, fast travel to the Roundtable hold and speak with Gideon in the main room (the masked man on the right side). If he’s not there, don’t worry. You may have previously spoken with him and moved into his library.

After that, rest at the Roundtable Site of Grace. Take the left path (to the north), and you’ll see Nepheli standing next to a table with a lit candle right in front of Gideon’s room.

Speak with her, and she will give you the Arsenal Charm.

Where To Find Nepheli in the Village of Albinaurics

You can find her under the stone bridge leading up to the Village Of The Albinaurics. The Village of the Albinaurics can be found in the southern landmass of Liurnia of the Lakes, beneath the plateau.

Speak with her and exhaust her dialogue. To progress her questline, you will need to defeat the Village of Albinaurics’ boss, Omenkiller.

Where To Find Nepheli Loux in Roundtable Hold the Second Time

This time, you will find Nepheli Loux downstairs after passing Smithing Master Hewg against a wall near the Imp Statue Seals. Talk to her, and she won’t have much to say.

NOTE: If you have the potion from Seluvis’s Potion Questline, you should not offer it to Nepheli because doing so would finish the quest.

Rest at a Site of Grace and speak with Gideon in the library.

Talk to him and choose the “Nepheli’s despair” option. If the library is closed, speak with Finger Reader Enia in the backroom. Go back to Nepheli, speak to her, and select the “I heard from Gideon” option.

Then, exhaust all her dialogue options. Now, make your way to The Four Belfries, which can be found on the west side of Liurnia of the Lakes.

Head to the final belfry at the top of the hill, next to the Site of Grace, and open the chest to obtain an Imbued Sword Key. Climb down the hill to the easternmost Belfy (with the “Precipice of Anticipation” message next to the portal) and use the Imbued Sword Key to unlock the portal. 

Use this portal to go to a small island off the coast of Limgrave. Then, follow the road ahead, defeat the boss, and proceed south towards the church.

Cross the bridge and climb the wooden stairway on the left that leads to an entrance to the Chapel of Anticipation. Don’t enter the church through the main entrance. Instead, take a right, and you’ll find a path that leads up to a second floor outside.

The Stormhawk King Ashes can be found on the right, across from another entrance to the church. Return to Nepheli Loux, who is still at Roundtable Hold, and give her The Stormhawk King.

NOTE: If you can’t give her the Stormhawk King Ashes, make sure you have progressed enough on Roderika’s Questline to the point you can upgrade the Ashes.

Then, defeat Morgott, the Omen King in the Leyndell, Royal Capital within Altus Plateau.

This is a tough boss fight, so make sure you level up and obtain powerful items to help you defeat this boss, as he’s a serious impediment to progress.

Where To Find Nepheli Loux in Castle Stormveil Throne Room

Fast travel to the Godrick the Grafted Site of Grace in Stormveil Castle, rest at the site after you spawn in, and head north to the throne room.

Nepheli Loux should be standing beside the throne. Speak to her, and she’ll give you the Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone as a reward.

NOTE: You must complete Kenneth Haight’s Quest until he is in Fort Haight and says he needs to find a fitting lord to rule Limgrave.
