Elden Ring Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel is a side dungeon found in the northeastern part of the Liurnia of the Lakes region and the home of the Crystalian boss.
The Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel is a dungeon filled with upgrade materials and some unique rewards you don’t want to miss.
Because Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel is a mine, equipping a weapon dealing Strike damage and wielding it with both hands will make killing the miners much easier.
So, in this guide, we will show you how to reach and complete the Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel in Elden Ring.
Elden Ring Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel Location – Where to Find
The Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel can be found towards the middle of the map, on the northeast side of the Liurnia of the Lakes Region, in the latest game developed by FromSoftware.
From the Academy of Raya Lucaria, the region’s main castle, head northeast to the east of the big bridge that connects the Academy to the mainland.
The tunnel will be hidden in a small corner between the trees and may be difficult to find at first.
Once you arrive at Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel, take the elevator down to the site of grace and activate it.
Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel Guide – How To Navigate
Once you reach the first room in Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel and defeat the first two miners, collect the Somber Smithing Stone located in the chest and the Somber Smithing Stone behind the statue.
You should make a habit of looting the crafting and upgrading materials embedded in the walls as you progress through the dungeon.
Look especially for white and yellow stones from the walls; these are Somber and regular Smithing Stones.
In the next room, you will find multiple enemies mining, as well as an elevator that won’t move.
Before continuing into the dungeon, go across the wooden beam and jump on top of the wooden platforms to obtain a Smithing Stone and the Somber Smithing Stone on a corpse.
Once you’ve collected everything in this chamber, it’s time to continue your journey down the dungeon.
While the elevator is not functioning yet, remember its location since you will soon activate it to serve as a shortcut if you die along the way.
In the next room, to the right, you will encounter a miner sitting and two more miners down the first set of stairs.
After killing them, look to your right, and you will find a path leading to a dead-end where you will find two Smithing Stones , one on the wall and one on a corpse.
Behind the steps, there is a corpse with a Golden Rune and a Smithing Stone on the wall left of the corpse.
When you leave this chamber, you will find an elevator with some ledges on the walls.
While taking the elevator up or down, looking northwest, you will see an entrance to a tunnel that leads to a ledge.
On the ledge, grab the Somber Smithing Stone and the Cracked Crystal off the walls.
Return to the elevator and hug the left side while you jump down on the small ledges with a candle on them.
Following the tunnel out leads to a cavern with yet another support beam and elevator.
Before crossing the beam, kill the miner on the left and grab the Smithing Stone on the wall.
After crossing the beam, kill the patrolling miner, and on the right, collect the Smithing Stone on the wall.
Go up the stairs, kill the miner patrolling and the one mining, grab the Smithing Stone on the wall, then take the elevator up to activate it for a shortcut if you die.
After you activate the elevator, you may go on to the next area packed with marionette enemies.
First, head right, deal with the marionette, then get the Smithing Stones in the chamber, 3 x Smithing Stone on the corpse, and the Smithing Stone on the wall next to the barrels.
Then, getting close to the next room will make the other two hanging marionettes drop down.
Going through the doorway where the two marionette archers dropped leads to another area with two doors.
As you pass the doorway on the right, you will encounter two more marionettes by the chest and one hanging on the entrance behind you.
Kill them if you haven’t yet, and open the chest to obtain the Crystal Knife.
Continue to the next section by going forward, and you will reach a room with several miners digging in the center.
Around these miners, there are two Crystal Sorcerers that have more health than the miners that you should take them out first.
Also, the miners here won’t attack you unless you attack them first.
Kill the three miners in a circle after dealing with the sorcerers and grab the three Smithing Stones and the Somber Smithing Stone where the miners were digging.
Underneath the platform, you will encounter two more miners and a Smithing Stone , 1 x Smithing Stone to collect in the collapsed tunnel in the back.
Also, to the east, there is a tunnel leading to a dead-end with a corpse carrying the Shatter Earth Sorcery (check the image above).
Since there’s nothing left for us here, go through the tunnel in front of the stairs to reach an elevator.
While the elevator is descending, look northwest again and jump down to obtain a Somber Smithing Stone .
From here, descend by jumping on the small ledges with candles on them along the walls until you reach a fog gate that leads to the dungeon’s boss: Crystalian.
If you wish to return to the Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel Site of Grace for a rest, use the elevators you discovered along the way down.
The Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel dungeon’s boss, the Crystalian, has predictable moves, and you can summon spirits to aid you in battle.
After defeating the boss, you will receive 3000 Runes and the Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bearing .
Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bearing can be used to gain access to the following items when offered to the Two Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold:
- Smithing Stone
- Smithing Stone
- Glintstone Scrap
