By giving the Fire Monks’ Prayerbook to Brother Corhyn, you’ll unlock the O, Flame! and Surge, O Flame! Incantations, and he’ll be willing to help you study them for a total of 11.500 Rune.
Last but not least, keep in mind that Brother Corhyn will eventually relocate to Altus Plateau, just north of the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace, once you progress through the game.
