Elden Ring’s Sacred Tears are unique items that allow you to upgrade the Crimson and Cerulean Flask Potency (the amount of Health or FP one use replenishes).
The Sacred Tears, alongside Golden Seeds, allow you to replenish your HP or FP meter, receiving more out of them.
Therefore, while looking for the Sacred Tears in Limgrave, make sure you also follow the Limgrave Golden Seeds locations guide.
Sacred Tears can be found across the open world, though they’re most common in destroyed churches.
When you find one, go to a Site of Grace, select the Flask option, and then increase the amount replenished by flasks.
The Sacred Flask can then be upgraded by spending a Sacred Tear.
