This church can be found behind the boss fight with Borealis The Freezing Fog (dragon), at the end of the frozen lake. The Freezing Lake Site of Grace, located northwest of the First Church of Marika, is the closest one to the church.

After defeating him, you will be rewarded with the River of Blood Katana and Okina Mask. Once inside the church, you will find the last Sacred Tear in the video game developed by FromSoftware at the statue’s base.
