If you are a passionate fisherman, the developers at Ubisoft got you covered with this side quest.
The objective will be to Make the Offering of five particular fishes, more precisely the Pollock (regular).
Throughout the Dawn Of Ragnarok Auga Altar Mystery guide below, we will tell you where to find five Pollock.
AC Valhalla Auga Altar Mystery Location – Where To Find
The location of the Dwarven Altar is southwest of Uldar or southeast of the Grenhellir Shelter.
You will start your journey from the Skidgardr highpoint. Once there, go down the zip line and go forward on the road toward the east.
Don’t stop until you see a small lake on the right side with a patch of ground in the middle.
You can see the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Auga Altar right there on the islet.
To further help you with your search, use the location map below.
Dawn Of Ragnarok Auga Altar Pollock Locations – Where To Find
If you go to the Dwarven Altar (check the screenshot below), you will observe that you have to Make the Offering: 5 x Pollock (regular) for the Dawn Of Ragnarok Auga Altar Mystery.
I suggest you go precisely to the location pinpointed by me on the map below for this type of fish. It is a river up north, not far from the altar.
Don’t get too close to the Harbor west of the river because there are other types of fish there.
Now that you are at the right fishing spot look at the river and use Odin’s Sight to find the fish faster.
The ability should highlight the fish and make them white so you can see them through the water (like in the image below).
You can now throw your line near the fish or choose a different approach and shoot them with your bow.
If you like the second option more, you have to go and get the dead fish yourself from the water (or have the Raven’s Loot skill activated, and then your raven will collect the catch).
After gathering five Pollock (regular), go back to the altar and make the offering.
And that’s it, Vikings. You have completed the Auga Altar side quest in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Dawn Of Ragnarok.
