Frode & Arne are two Assassin’s Creed Valhalla NPCs you’ll meet in the southern part of the Cent region inside Dover Pharos tower. For these two AC Valhalla quest givers, you’ll have to complete a simple task that counts as a World Event, and it’s named The Lighthouse Twins. The twins have only one wish: to be reunited.
AC Valhalla The Lighthouse Twins World Event Location
The first thing we want to do here is to locate the twins. Or to find Frode & Arne. On my map below, you can see that The Lighthouse Twins world event is taking place at Dover Pharos, which is, in fact, an old tower, partially destroyed. It is southeast of Canterbury and east of Folcanstan, on the coast.
Get to this location, and inside the tower, you’ll find Frode with a broken leg. Talk to him, and he’ll tell you that his brother Arne wanted to see the Old Hisser because, according to a legend, if you catch the Old Hisser’s tail, you’ll be granted a wish.
The Old Hisser is a snake, in case you are wondering. Good, so Arne is up in the tower.
Where To Find the Old Hisser
Once you are done talking to Frode, look up, and you’ll see a series of platforms. Reaching the top of the tower, or the platform where Arne is located, is pretty simple for an assassin. So start following the wooden platforms and the ladders, but make sure you pay close attention because there are several snakes around.
Killing all of them is mandatory, or Arne won’t come down. The next obstacle you’ll have to deal with is the suspended ladder in my screenshot below.
Shoot the red locker on the ladder to pull it down, then continue moving up. After you pull down the ladder and kill the last snake, you’ll find Arne, who is upset that his brother sent him up there. Talk to him, then he’ll follow you all the way down. Make sure you don’t rush forward and you don’t jump down from your current location.
Simply wait for him as he descends the tower. When the brothers reunite, the event ends, and you can hear them arguing as they depart. I am pretty sure you’ll see them again, though.
