Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Deserted Chalet Carbon Ingot in the Rygjafylke region is one of those Wealth collectibles that require you to solve a small puzzle and find out more information about a dead Viking named Ornir.

It is also one of the Wealth collectibles you may want to get before leaving for England, and although it may seem confusing, it is relatively easy to collect. The trick with this specific AC Valhalla Wealth is that it is located inside a chest. And obviously, you’ll need a key to open it. That key is known as Ornir’s Key because, well, it opens Ornir’s Chest, which contains the Deserted Chalet Wealth.

The Deserted Chalet is pretty easy to find since it’s located on a solitary island in the middle of Rygjafylke. You can see it on the map below, and the only way to get there is by boat since there is no fast travel point there.

Once you get to this location, you’ll find an abandoned wooden house. Get inside, and you’ll find a chest. This chest belongs to Ornir, the owner of the house, who is missing.

Now, obviously, in order to get the Ingot, you’ll need Ornir’s Key, but since he is missing, so is the said key. Here, you can take your time and try to figure out what happened to him. There are two pages from Ornir’s Journal you may want to read. One is by the bed, and the second one is outside, on the door of the small barn. You can see it below.

If you read it, you find out that our brave Viking went after some wolves. So, find the wolves to find Ornir. So, from your current location, head northeast to find a pack of wolves near a large rock like this one.

Dispatch the wolves, loot everything, and then near the rock, you’ll find a skeleton. Or what’s left of our brave Viking? Loot his corpse, and you’ll get Ornir’s Key. With it, you’ll be able to unlock the chest in Deserted Chalet.
