The Archery Training Camp is an Assassin’s Creed Valhalla quest location for a Mystery you can complete in Snotinghamscire. The Mystery is named The Good Men Of Sherwood, and it is mandatory to get 100% completion in Snotinghamscire. Your goal is to help several archers improve their skills by showing them how to hit several targets. It is also worth mentioning that this World Event references Robin Hood.

AC Valhalla The Good Men Of Sherwood World Event Location

On my map below, you can see the location of the Archers Training Camp or, if you want, the spot where you’ll find the good men of Sherwood. Notice that it’s just southwest of Sherwood Hideout.

When you get to the location, you’ll find several archers trying to hit some targets. You’ll obviously notice that they suck at this job, but no worries because you’ll show them how it’s done.

How To Win Robin Hood’s Archery Contest

Since the NPCs won’t talk to you, your first goal is to make them notice your presence. So, while standing next to them, pull out your bow and hit one of the round targets on the ground (pictured below).

Good, so now the archers will be so impressed that they’ll ask you to show them more. Your next target is one of the vases you can see on the wooden platform (also in my picture above); however, this time, you’ll have a counter. The idea is to hit the target after the timer starts but before you run out of time. Once you hit the second target, Little John will ask you to hit a small chicken suspended on a pole, as you can see in my screenshot.

Again, you’ll have to do this after the timer starts. If you manage to hit it (and you should), the event ends, and the archers will continue their training because now they know how to properly use those bows. Hopefully.
