The Indre Holm Mystery is by far the shortest Assassin’s Creed Valhalla World Event you can complete while exploring Asgard in the video game developed by Ubisoft; however, it is also a bit trickier because it can’t be completed the moment you enter Asgard.
Nevertheless, this event can be finished, but only after a specific point in the story. This event goes by the name of Valhalla Bound, and it involves only a short dialogue with an NPC, which happens to be a fallen warrior.
Valhalla Bound World Event Location
The location of the Indre Holm Mystery can be seen on the map below. The quest giver is found southeast of Ymir’s Altar, on the small island named Indre Holm. When you approach this location, though, you may not find anyone, even though this mystery is marked on your map. So where is our quest giver?
How To Complete the Indre Holm World Event
The idea behind this World Event is to witness how a fallen warrior enters Valhalla. In this case, the warrior is the quest-giver, as shown below. His name is Einherjar.
Ubisoft wanted to recreate a scene where a mighty Viking falls into battle and wakes up in Asgard. Obviously, the Viking is confused, without knowing where he is, even though all his life is focused on getting into Valhalla. This means that to reach the realm of God, the Vikings must fall into battle. Or, simply put, die.
And this specific Viking will die only when you progress through the story arc in Asgard. Without spoiling the game, to make this specific NPC spawn, you’ll have to complete most of the main missions in Asgard. Once you reach the Defensive Measures mission and are asked to talk to Builder, the NPC should spawn at the camp on Indre Holm. All you have to do is talk to him and see how happy and amazed he is because he truly entered Valhalla.
