The Meath Ui Neill Artifact located west of Inchroe in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is one of the five Ui Neill Artifacts you must collect in Ireland as part of the Wrath of the Druids DLC. The Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Wrath Of Druids Meath Artifact is like the Dublin Artifact in an underground tomb.
Depending on when you approach Meath (and Ireland in general) determines how fast you get this Artifact, mainly because if you get here early in the game, you may not have the explosive arrows. So, let’s cover both cases because there is also a small puzzle you have to solve for this collectible.
Where To Find the AC Valhalla Meath Ui Neill Artifact
The Meath Ui Neill Collectible is close to the western border between Meath and Connacht. You should be able to see it just south of Knockfree. On my map is the Artifact’s location. It’s pretty easy to spot if you explore the area carefully.
How To Get the UI Neill Artifact in Meath
Good, so once you reach the destination on the map, you’ll find yourself on top of a hill. The Artifact, as said, is underground; therefore, you’ll need to find the entrance, which can prove problematic or not. To make it easier, call your raven and circle the hill. The entrance to the tomb where this Artifact is found is marked by a single pointy stone (pictured). You’ll find it northwest from the Artifact’s icon on your map.
Find the stone, and you’ll find the entrance. Next, you’ll have to solve a small puzzle when you get inside.
If you have unlocked the explosive arrows, shoot one aiming for the breakable wall in front of you, and you are done. The Artifact is behind the said wall. But, if you approach this area early, you’ll need an explosive jar. On the left side of the room, as you enter, there is a small hole you can use to slide to a smaller chamber. Clear it by destroying the jar.
Watch your step because there is a spike trap on the ground. Now, turn left to find two red jars. Pick one, then while remaining in the same room, go to the other side and look to the right. You’ll see a relatively large opening (pictured).
Through this opening, you’ll need to throw the jar, aiming for the breakable wall. Be careful, though; otherwise, you’ll hit the ceiling. Hit the wall, then return to the first chamber and get the Artifact near the tomb of Ardgal, who was killed by his cousin.
