Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Three Big Pigs Locations

The Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Three Big Pigs or helping Braun with the pigs also counts as an objective for the War Effort quest available during the Sigrblot Event released by Ubisoft

It is quite similar to the War Letters we covered here, but this time you’ll need to find three pigs and also guide them back to Braun or our quest giver.

This is actually a funny task and below I’ll tell you where to find the AC Valhalla Sigrblot Festival Pigs and how to lead them back.

But first, let’s see how to access this objective.

How To Help Braun With The Pigs In AC Valhalla

The first thing you’ll want to do is to find Braun, and since this NPC is part of the Festival mentioned above, first you’ll want to reach Ravensthorpe and then check the eastern side of the Settlement.

Once you watch the cutscene and eventually find the offerings boat, you’ll start the War Effort quest.

This quest consists of 12 tasks we covered here.

One of them is to help Braun.

If you wish to follow the quest’s line, then near the offerings boat you’ll want to interact with the wooden statue with a roasted pig in front of it.

Specifically this one.

Upon interacting with the said statue you’ll unlock the following objectives:

  • Help Thyra with the sacrifice
  • Help Braun with the pigs
  • Humble Ake

The first objective triggers the Feeding The Wolf Quest we already discussed here.

The third objective requires you to defeat Ake in Flyting as explained in this guide.

The second one; however, is the one we’ll cover below.

So, from your current location, head to the Festival Area and look for Braun who stands near an empty pigpen as you can see below.

After you talk to him, he’ll tell you that you need to find three pigs and bring them back.

The good thing though is that Braun trained them and they’ll follow you if you whistle.

How To Make The Pigs Follow You

Before we discuss their locations, it’s worth knowing that in order to make the pigs follow you, Eivor must whistle.

To do this, press Left on your D-Pad once. Make sure you don’t hold down the button because you’ll summon your mount.

Just press once.

Good, so now that you know how to whistle, let’s find the pigs and bring them back. You can do this in one run.

1. The Pig In The Field

After you trigger the quest, head towards the marker on your map to find a crashed pig cart.

Now, move east and you’ll see a field with violet flowers.

Head there and you’ll see the first pig near a campfire. Make sure you whistle when next to the pig.

2. The Pig By The Road

For the second pig, from your current location move southeast towards the mountain.

Make sure the first pig is following you, then as you start to ascend the small mountain, you’ll see the second pig sitting in the middle of the road.

3. The Pig In The Forest

Awesome, so once you find the second pig, whistle once then start descending the mountain.

For the third pig, you’ll want to move southwest, and you’ll spot it near a cart.

Whistle once then you can head back to Braun.

How To Complete The AC Valhalla Three Big Pigs Quest

After all three pigs follow you, the quest is almost complete; however, there are several things you should be aware of:

  • On your way back to Braun keep your eyes on the pigs, and if wolves attack you, dispatch them as fat as you can
  • If the pigs run away go after them and start whistling
  • The animals will follow you inside the pigpen, so make sure you do that
  • The quest will not end unless you light one of the braziers near the burning wolf statue; so look for the three wooden sculptures next to Alwin and pick one of the braziers. Use your Torch to light it up and finish the quest, just like you did for Thyra’s quest
