Hogwarts Legacy The Grand Staircase Field Guide Page Locations

Hogwarts Legacy The Grand Staircase Field Guide Pages are collectibles that will get you 80 XP for each one you find and pick up. The 26 Field Guide Pages in The Grand Staircase area are also required to achieve 100% completion in Hogwarts Castle.

It’s worth mentioning that before you go for the Grand Staircase Field Guide Pages, you need to have the following spells unlocked:

• Revelio
• Lumos
• Confringo
• Accio
• Levioso
• Alohomora – the upgraded version that you learn while completing The Man Behind The Moons side quest.

Where To Find All Grand Staircase Field Pages in Hogwarts Legacy

To quickly get to the Hogwarts Castle Grand Staircase area, you must open your map, select the left middle flag, and fast-travel to one of the 6 Floo Flames.

First, focus on unlocking all the Floo Flames in the Grand Staircase so you can easily reach any part of the area and save time finding the Field Guide Pages.

Field Guide Page #1: Flying Around a Staircase

The first Page collectible flies around the staircase west of the Grand Staircase Floo Flame. It may take a while for the collectible to appear in your line of sight; just be patient, and when you finally see it, cast Accio to grab it.

Field Guide Page #2: In Front of a Wizard and Lion Statue

For the second Field Page, you must go up the stairs northeast of the Grand Staircase Floo Flame to the statue of the wizard and lion. Cast Revelio in front of the statue to reveal The Hogwarts Architect Page.

Field Guide Page #3: Next to Some Flags

Now, go through the door southeast of the previous collectible and cast Lumos next to the black mirror on the wall with the flags to the right. Then, head through the southern door and continue until you reach the stage.

In the back of the stage, under the window, you’ll find a moth that will follow you if you cast Lumos near it. Bring the moth back to the mirror from before to make the next Page appear.

Field Guide Page #4: In Front of a Display Case

Fast travel back to the Grand Staircase Floo Flame and move down the stairs southeast until you reach a book behind a display case. Use Revelio next to the display case to reveal the House-Elf Recipe Book Page.

Field Guide Page #5: In Front of a Bunch of Barrels

Continue down the stairs upon obtaining Page collectible #4, and you’ll reach an area with red brick walls.

Proceed until the corridor ends to find another Hogwarts Legacy Field Guide Page by casting Revelio in front of several barrels. Pick up the collectible to find out it’s named Hufflepuff Barrels.

Field Guide Page #6: In Front of a Witch Statue

The sixth Page is close to the Faculty Tower Floo Flame in the South Wing area. More precisely, in front of the witch statue north of the Floo Flame. Cast Revelio to make the collectible, named Honeydukes Passageway, appear. If you are wondering, the Page counts for the Grand Staircase area, not the South Wing.

Field Guide Page #7: Under Some Stairs

For the next hidden Page, you must first fast-travel to the Ravenclaw Tower Floo Flame. Then head down the stairs to the northwest to find another black mirror near which you must cast Lumos. The moth you need for the mirror is on the same floor as the Ravenclaw Tower Floo Flame.

Thus, head back up, and once you get off the stairs, turn to the right to see the moth between two paintings on the green wall, close to a light. Use Lumos near the moth, then guide it to the mirror to reveal the next collectible.

Field Guide Page #8: In Front of a Bust

After picking up the previous invisible Field Guide Page, go up the stairs, but this time, don’t stop at the floor with the Ravenclaw Tower Floo Flame. Instead, keep climbing and keep an eye on the wall to the right side because you’ll shortly reach a small bust. Cast Revelio in front of the bust to make the Ravenclaw Bust page appear.

Field Guide Page #9: In Front of a Raven Doorknocker

Keep climbing upon obtaining Page #8, and you’ll eventually get to a door with a raven doorknocker. Use Revelio in front of the door to reveal the Ravenclaw Doorknocker collectible.

Field Guide Page #10: Near an Area With Railings

Now fast travel back to the Ravenclaw Tower Floo Flame, then head southeast to find a statue on the left side before reaching an area with railings. The trick here is to cast Levioso while aiming at the statue to reveal another hidden Page.

Field Guide Page #11: Next to Some Paintings

To continue, go up the first set of stairs next to Page #10, and you’ll reach the next collectible, which is located in front of the railing on the right side, next to some paintings. However, to see the eleventh Page, you must cast Revelio near the railing. The Page is named Moving Staircase.

Field Guide Page #12: Above Some Paintings

For the twelfth Grand Staircase Guide Page in Hogwarts Legacy, you must fast travel to the Grand Staircase Tower Floo Flame, then go to the right, turn toward the west, and look up to see an unlit brazier above some paintings. Cast Confringo while aiming at the brazier to reveal the collectible, then use Accio to grab it.

Field Guide Page #13: In Front of a Big Armour

The thirteenth collectible is near the Trophy Room Floo Flame, in front of a big piece of armor. You must cast Revelio near the armour to make the Troll Armour Field Guide Page appear.

Field Guide Page #14: In Front of a Centaur Armour

Now head north of the previous troll armor, and you’ll soon reach a centaur armour behind a display case on the left side. Cast Revelio in front of the display case.

Field Guide Page #15: In Front of a House-Elf Armour

Another Field Guide Page is in front of the last house-elf armour on the left side southeast of the previous collectible. Position yourself close to the armour and use Revelio to reveal the Page collectible named House-Elf Armour.

Field Guide Pages #16 & 17: Near a Red Carpet

Upon getting Field Guide Page #15, get inside the middle room of the circular corridor. Then, cast Revelio near the display cases around the red carpet to find the next two collectibles, as shown in the following image. The Pages are named Goblet Of Fire Casket and Trophy Room.

Field Guide Page #18: Next to a Spiral Staircase

For the next hidden collectible, return to the house-elf armour where you got Page #15, and go up the stairs to the southeast. Then, head forward through the corridor, climb more stairs, and go to the right to reach a spiral staircase.

Go up the staircase and head through the door to reach a corridor with statues of winged creatures. Then make your way left on the corridor to get to another spiral staircase where you can use Revelio to see the next Guide Page in the Grand Staircase, named Headmaster’s Office Gargoyle.

Field Guide Page #19:Next to a Brazier

Near the previous collectible, next to the southern brazier, you should be able to see a black mirror where you must cast Lumos. Now, you must find the moth associated with the mirror; to do so, get out of the corridor through the door you entered and go all the way down the stairs.

Then head east and down some stairs again, where you’ll find the moth. Cast Lumos again to make the moth follow you back to the mirror.

Field Guide Page #20: In Front of a Bench

Once you’ve picked up Page #19, go up the spiral staircase to the east to reach a bench under a painting. Use Revelio near the bench to reveal the Sleeping Portraits Page.

Field Guide Page #21: In Front of a Table

Now, head into the room south of the previous collectible and go in front of the table to the right. Cast Revelio to make the Page appear. The collectible is named The Sorting Hat. You can also find one of The Grand Staircase Collection Chests in the same room.

Field Guide Page #22: In Front of a Book on a Pedestal

To continue, you have to open the door on the opposite side of Page #21, the one with the green carpet in front. However, you must use the Alohomora spell to pick the level 2 lock. Head outside and go up the stairs to reach another door. This time, you’ll need to pick a level 3 lock. Go through this door as well to get back inside and then go up the stairs to reach a small room.

Pick up The Key Of Admittance from the desk because you’ll need it soon, and go back all the way to the corridor with the statues of winged creatures where you got Pages #18 and #19. Then head to the door with the big lock on the northeastern part of the corridor and open it with The Key Of Admittance you just got.

Once the door is opened, go up the stairs to reach a book on a pedestal where you can cast Revelio to make the Quill Of Acceptance And Book Of Admittance Field Guide Page appear.

Field Guide Pages #23 & 24: South of the Quad Courtyard Floo Flame

The next two Hogwarts Legacy Field Guide Pages are close to the Quad Courtyard Floo Flame. Look up toward the south of the Floo Flame to see one of the Pages flying around and an unlit brazier on the left wall. Use Accio on the flying Page and Confringo on the brazier. Then use Accio again on the Page that has just appeared before the brazier.

Field Guide Page #25: Next to a Kelpie Statue

For the next Page, you must fast-travel to the Lower Grand Staircase Floo Flame and descend the stairs. Then turn left and head up the stairs to reach a statue, where you should cast Revelio to make the Kelpie Statue Page appear.

Field Guide Page #26: On a Carpet

After collecting Page #25, head down the eastern stairs and go to the wall between the stairs to the south and the corridor to the east. You can interact with the middle part of the wall to enter the Scriptorium, but only if you’ve completed the In The Shadow Of The Study quest.

Once inside, go forward and down the stairs, then cast Revelio while standing on the carpet to reveal the last Field Guide Page in the Grand Staircase area. Pick up the Page to find out its name, Salazar Slytherin’s Scriptorium.
