Hogwarts Legacy The Hall Of Herodiana Puzzle Solutions Guide

The Hall Of Herodiana is one of the Hogwarts Legacy quests, which requires solving a series of puzzles using the spells you have learned. The first two puzzles are relatively easy, but the last one might give you a headache.

The Hall Of Herodiana Side Quest can be started after you finish The Helm of Urtkot Main Quest, where you help Lodgok recover the helmet from the thieves. Then, find the quest giver, Sophronia Franklin, starring at the paintings in the lounge near the Charms Classroom. The Charms Classroom is in The Astronomy Wing section of Hogwarts Castle.

Speak with Sophronia Franklin to start the side quest and learn more about Herodiana’s greatest ability to use Depulso. She will also ask you to visit The Hall Of Herodiana and look for her signature outfit.

Where To Find the Hall of Herodiana Entrance

After talking with Sophronia Franklin, follow the quest marker leading you to a wall with a button in the middle. Equip and cast the spell Depulso you learned during Professor Sharp’s Assignment 1 to reveal the entrance to The Hall Of Herodiana.

How To Solve All Herodiana’s Puzzles

The Hall Of Herodiana features three different puzzle sections, where you’ll have to use the spells Depulso and Accio (learned during Charms Class Main Quest) to solve them, so make to equip both of them. After each puzzle section, you’ll find a small chest containing one piece of gear appearance of Herodiana’s signature outfit. Now, let’s see the solutions to all of Herodiana’s Puzzles.

First Hall of Herodiana Puzzle Solution

The first puzzle is quite simple. You’ll have to cast Depulso in front of the two blocks to push them into the eastern wall. Then, climb the blocks and the ledge by pressing (X)/(A). Go through the door and open the small chest to receive Herodiana’s Cape gear appearance.

Second Hall of Herodiana Puzzle Solution

In the next section, you’ll see two blocks on the right (south) and one on the left (north) wall. Cast Accio on the two blocks to pull them into the north wall. To toggle aim mode, hold (L2)/(LT).

Now that we have all three blocks stacked, cast Depulso and push them into the eastern wall towards the second door.

Toggle aim mode and cast Accio to pull the stacked blocks on the southern wall, then climb the blocks and the ledge.

Go through the door and open the small chest to receive Herodiana’s Attire gear appearance, the second piece of her outfit.

Third Hall of Herodiana Puzzle Solution

In the next puzzle section, you’ll have to work with only two glued blocks. Enter aim mode and cast Accio to pull the blocks on the southern wall. Make sure you don’t pull them toward you. If you make a mistake, hit the rotating cube on the right side of the room with a basic attack to reset the puzzle.

Then, you’ll have to cast Depulso on the blocks to push them forward into the block holding the rotating cube.

Now, climb on the blocks on the left side of the room and cast Accio on the two glued blocks to pull them toward you.

Jump on the blocks you’ve just pulled and position yourself on the last block. Hit the rotating square to reset the puzzle, then cast Accio to pull the blocks into the eastern wall.

For the final part of the puzzle, cast Accio again to pull the blocks toward you and jump on them, then climb the ledge and go through the door.

Open the final chest to receive Herodiana’s Cap gear appearance, the last piece of her signature outfit. Leave The Hall Of Herodiana and return to Sophronia Franklin to show her Herodiana’s outfit, which will complete the side quest.
