To find the Astronomy Table in question, you can use our Marunweem Lake map below. As you can see, you have to head to the eastern side of the region, and the fastest way to get to the Astronomy Table is by fast traveling to the Coastal Mine Floo Flame and then going south.
The table is high on a cliff, which you can reach with the help of your flying Broom. If you don’t have a Broom yet, you must complete the Flying Class main quest and buy one. It’s worth mentioning that not far from the Astronomy Table, you can also find the Marunweem Lake Balloons and one of the two Marunweem Lake Landing Platforms.
How To Solve The Marunweem Lake Astronomy Puzzle
Before interacting with the Hogwarts Legacy Marunweem Lake Astronomy Table, you must make sure it’s nighttime as you can’t see the stars in the daytime. Thus, if it’s not nighttime, open your map, press on your PlayStation/Xbox controller, and then /. Now you can go near the table and press / to start the mini-game.
First, get acquainted with the buttons that control the telescope, which are displayed in the bottom right corner of your screen. Then, you have to match the model in the middle of the screen with the Canis Major constellation (brighter stars) by zooming in (/) and then rotating the telescope (with the right stick). It may be necessary to use the other buttons to get the perfect match.
