Hogwarts Legacy Professor Weasley’s Assignment Field Guide Page Locations

Professor Weasley’s Assignment is the 12th and final Assignment in Hogwarts Legacy, the video game published by Warner Bros. Games. It requires you to find the Underground Harbour Field Guide Page, as well as the Book on Intermediate Transfiguration Field Guide Page.

Unlike other Assignments, Professor Weasley’s Assignment is mandatory for progressing the story and some Relationship Quests, which I’ll explain below. For completing the Hogwarts Legacy Professor Weasley’s Assignment, you unlock the Transformation Spell.

Professor Weasley’s Assignment, or the last Assignment in Hogwarts Legacy, becomes available after you finish the Fire and Vice story quest. As usual, soon after you complete the main quest, you’ll receive a letter from Professor Weasley via the Owl Post.

When you get the notification, open your Field Guide and check the Owl Post Tab. Next, open Professor Weasley’s correspondence window by selecting her icon, then check the fifth letter, which reads:

“It’s time you learned the Transformation spell. After you’ve completed the required tasks – which I’m certain will prove useful in finishing your Field Guide – attend my class to learn the new spell. Afterward, we’ll discuss your progress thus far in the term.”

Great job! Now it’s time to see the tasks mentioned in Professor Weasley’s letter, so navigate to the Quests Tab in your Field Guide and check the current quest to find the following objectives:

• Collect the Field Guide Page in the Underground Harbour
• Collect the Field Page from the Book on Intermediate Transfiguration in the Library

Let’s see where to find Professor Weasley’s Field Guide Pages and how to get them in order.

The Underground Harbour Field Guide Page

The Hogwarts Legacy Underground Harbour Field Guide Page is accessible, especially if you unlocked all Floo Flames in the school. Before discussing its location, it’s worth mentioning that if you already collected the Field Guide Page in the Underground Harbour, the first objective marks as completed, so you can skip to the next one.

If not, open your Field Guide Map, select the Hogwarts Map, then The Great Hall from the list on the left side, and finally, the Boathouse Floo Flame marked on the map below.

If by any chance you didn’t unlock the Floo Flame, mark it on your map and follow the purple path on your mini-map to get close to it. Now, from the Boathouse Floo Flame, jump into the water and swim southwest around the mountain walls until you see a waterfall like the one pictured below.

On the left side of the waterfall, as you can see above, is a cave you can access. If you fly your broom instead of swimming, press O/B to descend and swim toward the cave. When you enter the cave, you’ll be in the Underground Harbour area of Hogwarts Legacy.

Swim towards the other side of the cave and turn left when you exit the water. Get to the last pier (there is also a chest close to it), then cast Revelio by pressing Left on your DPad to reveal the Field Guide Page in the Underground Harbour. Remember that this is one of the 24 Great Hall Field Guide Pages.

Now that you’ve completed the first Professor Weasley’s Assignment objective let’s see where to find the second Field Page.

The Book On Intermediate Transfiguration Field Guide Page

Unlike the previous Page, the Library Field Guide Page must be obtained by completing a trivia game. To play it, first, you’ll have to navigate to The Library section, so from your current location, open your map, then pick The Library Annex from the list on the left side, followed by the Library Floo Flame below.

Again, if you did not unlock the Floo Flame, mark it on your map and follow the path outlined on our mini-map to reach it. From the Floo Flame, follow the spiral stairs to the library’s second floor, then check the northwestern side to find a female student named Sophronia Franklin.

Talk to Sophronia Franklin and ask her to give you the book. The cute student will agree to give it to you if you answer some questions as part of her quiz or trivia. After she tells you more about her quiz, the game will force you to complete it because the dialogue choices don’t allow you to refuse it.

Sophronia Franklin Trivia Answers

Before starting the trivia game with Sophronia Franklin, it is worth knowing that even if your answers are incorrect, you’ll still be able to get the Field Guide Page. However, why not show Sophronia Franklin that you are familiar with the Harry Potter universe and answer all questions correctly? As such, make sure you pick the following choices:

• Question 1: Before the invention of the Golden Snitch, which magical creature was used in a game of Quidditch?
• Correct Answer: The Golden Snidget

• Question 2: Which potion is commonly referred to as Liquid Luck?
• Correct Answer: The Felix Felicis

• Question 3: The Tale of the Three Brothers involves which magical artifacts?
• Correct Answer: The Deathly Hallows

• Question 4: Which ball in quidditch is the largest?
• Correct Answer: The Quaffle

• Question 5: Polyjuice Potion allows the drinker to change species
• Correct Answer: False

These are all correct answers required to obtain the Book On Intermediate Transfiguration from Sophronia Franklin, but you can continue to play the trivia game for additional rewards. The game has three rounds, but only the first one is required for Professor Weasley’s Assignment, so tell Sophronia that you don’t want to continue, and she’ll put the book back on the pedestal behind her.

While standing close to the pedestal, cast Revelio (Left Button on your DPad), and collect the Book On Intermediate Transfiguration Field Guide Page. This Field Page is one of the 20 Library Annex Field Guide Pages.

Now that you have found both Field Guide Pages, it’s time to head back to Professor Weasley, so open your Field Guide Map, select the Astronomy Wing from the list of Floo Flames Locations, and then the Transfiguration Classroom. At the end of the lesson, complete the mini-game by guiding your wand on the pattern on the right side and pressing the corresponding buttons to speed up.

Once you learn the Transformation Spell, Professor Weasley would like to know more about your progress. Feel free to answer however you want because the dialogue choices will not affect the events or the story.

As mentioned above, completing the Hogwarts Legacy Professor Weasley’s Assignment is a mandatory step for progressing the story; thus, now you can start In the Shadow of the Mine and It’s All Gobbledegook story quests. Last but not least, this quest is needed to progress Sebastian’s relationship questline, unlock the Shadow Of Time, and gain access to Minding Your Own Business PlayStation exclusive side-quest.
