In The Shadow Of Hope is the sixth Hogwarts Legacy quest as part of Sebastian Sallow’s questline, in which you’ll meet with Sebastian and Anne outside Feldcroft. During In The Shadow Of Hope Quest, you’ll learn their next move as part of the attempt to cure Anne of her curse using the relic found inside the catacomb.
To unlock In The Shadow Of Hope Relationship Quest, you’ll have to advance the storyline until you complete Niamh Fitzgerald’s Trial Quest, which is the third trial. Then, you’ll have to complete Sebastian’s previous relationship quests until you’ve finished In The Shadow of Distance, where you learn about his plans to meet with Anne.
Once you meet the abovementioned requirements, meet Sebastian and Anne outside Feldcroft. We’ve also marked their location on the map below.
How To Complete In the Shadow of Hope in Hogwarts Legacy
When you reach the marked location, you’ll find Sebastian telling Anne about the lost relic from a catacomb that requires a Dark sacrifice, believing it can help cure her curse. Anne is initially skeptical but agrees to meet with Sebastian if Ominis is on board.
However, when Sebastian finds out that Solomon wants to leave Feldcroft, he urges Anne to stall him to buy more time. Anne promises to do her best and then leaves. Sebastian is worried about Solomon taking Anne away from Feldcroft and laments the possibility of losing her.
After you ask him what’s happening, Sebastian shares that he learned more about the relic and thinks it will only work inside the catacomb.
However, conducting a sacrifice there is risky, and they need to keep it a secret from Sebastian’s uncle, who could report them to the Ministry and get them expelled. Sebastian plans to handle Ominis and convince him that using the relic is worth the risk.
You agree to meet at the catacomb, and Sebastian will let you know when the time is right. Sebastian Sallow’s next quest in line is In The Shadow Of The Relic, where you will also unlock the final and most powerful Unforgivable Curse, Avada Kedavra.
