Hogwarts Legacy North Ford Bog Astronomy Table is needed if you want to complete all Appearances Collections required for the Collector’s Edition Trophy/Achievement. There are 15 Astronomy Tables, and they all can be obtained in free-roam even after finishing the story.
Just like for the North Ford Bog Demiguise Statue, you’ll need to go for this collectible at night because the stars need to be visible. Also, the Astronomy Table collectibles become available only upon completing the Astronomy Class main quest.
Where To Find the North Ford Bog Astronomy Table in Hogwarts Legacy
For starters, you must go to the middle of the North Ford Bog region at the location marked on the following Hogwarts Legacy map. There are three Floo Flames in close vicinity, and if you have any unlocked, you can fast-travel to it.
Then get on your broom and make your way to the location pinpointed on our map. If you want to be sure you don’t get lost, first track the said location on your map. Once in the right spot, you should see the Astronomy Table in North Ford Bog on the edge of a cliff.
As mentioned, to be able to interact with the Astronomy Table, it must be nighttime. Therefore, if for you it’s daytime, open your map, press R3/RS on your PlayStation/Xbox controller, and then press X/A.
Now, approach the table and press the Square/X button to start a little puzzle. You should see the sky full of stars through your telescope. However, you can notice that some of the stars are brighter. To solve the North Ford Bog Astronomy Puzzle, you must perfectly align the pattern in the middle of your screen with the bright stars.
To do so, you must use the following buttons:
- L2/LT to zoom out
- R2/RT to zoom in
- Left Stick to point the telescope in any direction
- Right Stick to rotate the telescope
The buttons should also be listed in the bottom right corner of your screen. We suggest that you first zoom out and then use the Right Stick to rotate the telescope until you match the pattern. If needed, zoom back in a little and use the Left Stick to match the pattern perfectly.
