Hogwarts Legacy Manor Cape Ancient Magic Hotspot is a side activity you can complete to increase the size of the Ancient Magic Meter and use the big damage spells more often. The only requirement to start clearing Ancient Magic Hotspots is first to complete the Percival Rackham’s Trial main quest.

Where To Find the Manor Cape Ancient Magic Hotspot in Hogwarts Legacy
The Ancient Magic Hotspot is found in a ruined manor in the northwestern part of the Manor Cape region.
To reach the spot, you can fast-travel to the West Manor Cape Floo Flame and head northeast. Of course, if you don’t have the Floo Flame unlocked, you’ll have to get on your Broom and fly there. The magic pool is in the middle of the ruined manor’s bottom floor.
How To Complete the Manor Cape Ancient Magic Hotspot
Upon interacting with the Hogwarts Legacy Manor Cape Ancient Magic Hotspot, you must find three magic runes to complete the side activity. The first rune is on the manor’s second floor and can be seen if you look up to the west from the magic pool. To reach the rune, you must get on your Broom and fly to it. However, you can hop on your Broom only outside the building and then return inside freely.
The second rune is on the next floor, in the southern part of the mansion, and you can also reach it with the Broom.
Finally, you must remain on your Broom and fly even higher to reach the highest point of the manor where the third rune awaits. Upon obtaining the last rune, you clear the magic pool and can now check if you’ve completed any Challenge.
